Franklin Street Properties Corp. (FSP) (NYSE American: FSP) is a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on infill and central business district (CBD) office properties in the U.S. Sunbelt and Mountain West, as well as select opportunistic markets. FSP seeks value-oriented investments with an eye towards long-term growth and appreciation, as well as current income. FSP's principal revenue sources from real estate operations include rental income from real estate leasing, property dispositions and fee income from asset/property management and development. As of December 31, 2024, FSP's directly owned real estate portfolio of 14 owned properties was approximately 70.3% leased.
